An energy shift can sometimes lead to physical changes within the body. It's important to remember that the energy patterns in your body have developed over time, potentially contributing to illness, mental distress, emotional difficulties, pain, and other issues.
When you work to shift this energy away from those established patterns, it may cause your brain to release different chemicals. You might experience a brief period of symptoms, but these will pass as your energy vibration evolves.
Depending on the session:

*You will be required to be focused and aware of certain feelings and emotions.
*You will be guided throughout the process.
ENERGY RENDER RELEASE
* A sketch pad/plain paper to draw on
* Coloured pencils. At least 7 different colours
We will be bypassing the conscious mind and working in the subconscious mind and energy field. My approach may become more direct if your mind starts to wander and you lose focus.
Please do not bring any distractions to the session. Your phone will need to be turned off and put away.
During a session, you will experience energy movement throughout your energy field and body. This often occurs on a subconscious level, but for some who are sensitive, they may feel it in the present moment.
You may encounter the following sensations:
* Tingling throughout the body: This is a sign that your energy is flowing.
* Enlightened moments (light bulb moments): These are bursts of clarity and understanding.
* Emotional releases (crying): This is a way to let go of accumulated energy.
* A sense of vulnerability that encourages you to open up and talk.
Individual experiences vary based on personal energy release. The above sensations are general observations reported by multiple clients.
**Where Your Attention Goes, Energy Flows**
From my experience:
- Meditation can help shift your energy and create a new focus.
- Movement meditation is an excellent way to channel energy throughout your body while consciously focusing on your movements, bringing you into the present moment.
- Engaging in creative activities can help quiet the thinking mind and nurture your creativity, bringing one into a flow state of awareness.
Your energy is always moving. By becoming aware of where we put our energy, we can change outcomes within our lives.
Personally, I find it essential to connect with a space that comes from within you. The only way to truly evolve is by making changes from within.
Prioritizing time for yourself is a must.
